Dear customers, we respect the use of your money, that is why we know that many mistakes may happen during bookings.
We like to see you happy in paying us for the right reason.
Our terms and condictions apply for both you and us during payments.
Here are the rules during payments and how you can apply for a refund
Refundable Payments: You can apply for a refund if:
Your trip was not successfully delivered
You were delivered at wrong destination
You are charged more than agreement
You paid advance and no longer want to travel
Non-refundable Payments: We like to let you know that no payment will be refunded if one of the following is made
You book and we accept your trip: When you book a trip you still have chance to cancel it, but once we reach your pick-up point there will be no refund due to you
Note: We use many ways of payment so it can make easier for our customers.
You can pay us via cash, EFFT, PaySharp, CashSend and Vouchers
Note: The EFT payments are only accepted in immediately payments
CashSends only accepted after withdrawals
